On February 18–19, Kyiv became the hub for discussing cutting-edge business strategies. The large-scale business program “DNA of the Company” brought together Ukraine’s leading top executives and business leaders, creating a platform for insightful discussions, experience exchange, and gaining valuable knowledge from industry experts.
The program was designed by Ihor Hut, co-founder of the Swedish-Ukrainian Develop Your Business (DYB) project, a strategist, and a systematic business researcher. Thanks to a unique training methodology based on real-life case studies from companies across different industries and countries, participants had the opportunity not only to explore effective business models but also to acquire practical tools to enhance their companies' competitiveness.

About the Event

The primary goal of the program was to help companies conduct a comprehensive analysis of their business processes, identify weaknesses, and develop an effective action plan.
The agenda included a stress test for enterprises based on a unique methodology designed to assess competitiveness levels. Additionally, top managers received practical insights on managing businesses in a fast-changing market environment.
