The cost of delivery

  • The cost of delivery is paid by the buyer according to the current tariffs of the selected delivery service.

  • Free delivery for orders over UAH 1400.

Terms of delivery

  • Orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 18:00.

  • After sending your order, you will receive an SMS message with the express waybill number.

  • Order storage time:
    Nova Poshta - 5 days,
    Ukrposhta - 7 days.

  • If the order is not picked up within the specified period, it is returned to the sender.

  • For pickup, be sure to wait for confirmation that the order is ready before visiting.

  • If you are unable to reach us, we will contact you on the next business day.

Return and exchange

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994 “On Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine ”On Consumer Protection", medicines, dietary supplements, food products, and sanitary and hygiene items are not subject to return or exchange (paragraph 3 of this Resolution).
