In such cases, you are entitled to access that personal data and additional information as outlined in Article 15 GDPR.

In accordance with Article 18 GDPR, under certain circumstances, you have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data.
Right to Data Portability
Under the GDPR, you have the right to receive your personal data, which you have provided to the Company, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You also have the right to request that this data be transmitted directly to another controller, provided that processing is based on consent (Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) GDPR) or on a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and is carried out by automated means.

Logging on Web Servers
When you visit the Company's website, the company we hire to manage the website processes and stores technical data about the device you are using (operating system, screen resolution, and other non-personal characteristics), and about your browser (version, language settings), including the publicly available IP address of the computer you use to access the Company’s website, along with the date and time of access. An IP address is a unique numerical address through which your device sends/receives data to/from the Internet. If you do not provide data that allows the Company to identify you while using the website, neither we nor our service provider can determine to whom the IP address belongs. However, a user may be identified if legal action is taken against them (e.g., in the case of attacks on the website), and the Company becomes aware of their identity during the investigation.
The Company’s service provider uses the data processed for statistical purposes in a non-identifiable form to help the Company track which devices and settings are used to access its website, allowing it to optimize the website accordingly. These statistical data do not contain any personal data. The legal basis for generating these statistics is Article 6 (1) f) of the GDPR.
In addition, your IP address is used to technically enable your access to and use of the Company’s website, as well as to detect and prevent attacks on the Company’s service provider or the website itself. Since the aim of such attacks is typically to cause harm to website operators or users (e.g., to block access, steal data, spread malware [including viruses], or for other illegal purposes), such attacks can disrupt the proper functioning of the Company’s data center or impair the usability or security of the Company’s website and its visitors. The IP address and access time are processed to prevent such attacks. Through this processing, the Company — via its service provider — ensures the functionality of its website and prevents unlawful attacks on the Company and its users. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 (1) f) of the GDPR.
Stored IP data are deleted (through anonymization) as soon as they are no longer needed for detecting or preventing attacks.
Cookies
The Company uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) to ensure the stability and technical functionality of its website, to understand how visitors use the site, and to save user-selected settings in their browsers.
A "cookie" is a small text file that your browser stores on your computer when you visit the Company’s website. If you visit the website again, the Company can retrieve and read these cookies. Cookies are stored for varying lengths of time. You can configure your browser to manage which cookies it accepts at any time. However, this may prevent the website from functioning correctly. You can also manually delete cookies at any time. If you do not delete them yourself, the Company can determine how long cookies are stored on your computer. This is the difference between session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are deleted by your browser as soon as you leave our website or close your browser. Persistent cookies are stored for a period determined by the Company at the time they are set.
We use cookies for the following purposes:
Technically necessary cookies: Required for the operation of the website (e.g., to identify that you are logged in). Certain functions cannot be provided without these cookies.
Functional cookies: Used to technically support specific features you wish to use.
Analytical cookies: Designed to analyze your user behavior.
Third-party cookies: Set by third parties whose features the Company integrates into its website to enable certain functionalities. They may also be used to analyze user behavior.
Most browsers used by visitors to the Company’s website allow control over which cookies are stored and allow deletion of (certain) cookies. If you restrict cookie storage for certain websites or block third-party cookies, full functionality of the Company’s website may not be available. Instructions on how to adjust cookie settings for the most common browsers can be found at the following links:
Contact Form
If you send a message to the Company via the provided contact forms, the Company will use the data you submit to process your request. The legal basis for this is the Company’s legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. If your request is aimed at entering into a contract with the Company, the additional legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The data will be deleted after your request has been fulfilled. If the Company is legally required to retain the data for a longer period, deletion will occur after the relevant retention period has ended.
Disclosure of Data to Third Parties
The Company does not disclose personal data provided to it to third parties (especially for advertising purposes).
However, to ensure the proper functioning of the Company’s website or to provide services/products, the Company works with service providers (data processors). Personal data may be shared with such service providers. The Company carefully selects its service providers—especially regarding data protection and data security—and takes all measures required under data protection law to ensure secure processing.
Google Analytics
Under a data processing agreement, the Company uses a service provided by Google LLC (hereinafter “Google”), Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, including the Google Tag Manager for Google Analytics. As a data processor, Google uses a so-called “cookie”—a small text file that is stored by your browser on your computer. This cookie provides Google with information about your website activity, specifically: browser type/version, operating system, technical details about the OS and browser, as well as the public IP address of the device you are using.
The Company uses Google Analytics in a way that ensures your IP address is used only in anonymized form. This anonymization takes place within Ukraine, the European Union, or EEA member states before Google processes the data. In exceptional cases, the full IP address may be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and anonymized there. According to Google, the IP address is anonymized before it is saved to permanent storage. For more information, refer to Google’s privacy policy at:
https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en
Google Analytics allows the Company to collect anonymous statistics about website usage, including demographic data and user behavior. These statistics help the Company better understand how users find its website, enabling improvements in SEO and advertising spend. This processing enables the Company to pursue its legitimate interests in improving its website and marketing efforts. The legal basis for this data processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
