Vorwarts Pharma held a strategic training for the company's development

On 19-20 March, the team of Vorwarts Pharma held a large-scale strategic training aimed at improving the efficiency and development of the pharmaceutical business. 

For two days, the participants actively worked on important aspects of the company's activities:

• Summed up the results for 2024 and outlined prospects for the future, focusing on the strategic development of the pharmaceutical company.
• Defined strategic goals and objectives for 2025 to move forward even more effectively as a leader in the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market.
• Developed professional skills, exchanged experience and gained new knowledge as part of corporate training at a pharmaceutical company.
• Analysed the competitive environment, analysed the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market and identified further steps to strengthen the company's position.
• The best employees for 2024 who have made a special contribution to the development of Vorwarts Pharma were awarded.

This training was another important step towards achieving new heights for Vorwarts Pharma.
