Right to Data Portability
In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data you have provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You have the right to request that the Company transmit those data to another controller without hindrance, provided that the data processing by the other controller is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR or Article 9(2)(a) GDPR, or on a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, and the processing is carried out by automated means.

Exercising Your Rights

Web Server Logging
When you visit the Company’s website, the company we hire to manage the website processes and stores technical data about the device you are using (operating system, screen resolution, and other non-personal features), as well as about your browser (version, language settings), including the publicly accessible IP address of the computer you use to access the Company’s website, along with the date and time of access. An IP address is a unique numerical address through which your device sends/receives data to/from the Internet.

If you do not provide any data that allows the Company to identify you while using the website, neither our service provider nor we can usually determine who owns the IP address. However, a user may be identified if legal action is taken against them (e.g., in the case of an attack on the website), and the Company learns their identity during the investigation.

The Company’s service provider uses the data being processed for statistical purposes in a way that does not identify you personally. This helps the Company monitor which devices and configurations are used to access its website and optimize the website accordingly. These statistical data do not contain any personal information. The legal basis for compiling statistics is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

In addition, your IP address is used to provide you with technical access to the Company’s website and to enable its use, as well as to detect and prevent attacks on the Company’s service provider or its website. Since such attacks are aimed at causing harm to website operators or users (e.g., blocking access, data theft, spreading malicious software [including viruses], or other unlawful purposes), they can compromise the proper functioning of the Company’s hired data center, the website, or its features, as well as the security of the website’s visitors.

The IP address and access time are processed to prevent such attacks. Through this processing, the Company – via its service provider – ensures the functionality of its website and prevents illegal attacks on itself and its website visitors. The legal basis for this data processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Stored IP data are deleted (by anonymization) as soon as they are no longer needed for detecting or defending against attacks.

Cookies
The Company uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage) to ensure the stable operation of its website, to provide technical functionality, to understand how visitors use the Company's website, and to save certain user settings in their browser.

A “cookie” is a small text file that your browser stores on your computer when you visit the Company’s website. If you visit the Company’s website again, the Company can read these cookies again. Cookies are stored for varying periods of time. You can configure at any time which cookies your browser is allowed to receive. However, doing so may cause the Company’s website to no longer function properly. Additionally, you can delete cookies at any time manually. If you do not delete them, the Company can set the duration for which cookies are stored on your computer. This is the key difference between session and persistent cookies. Session cookies are deleted by your browser as soon as you leave our website or close the browser. Persistent cookies are stored for the duration specified by the Company when they are saved.

We use cookies for the following purposes:

  • Technically necessary cookies, which are essential for using the features of the Company’s website (e.g., to identify that you are logged in). Some features cannot be provided without these cookies.
  • Functional cookies, which are used to technically implement specific functions you want to use.
  • Analytical cookies, which are intended to analyze your user behavior.
  • Third-party cookies, which are stored by third parties whose functionalities the Company integrates into its website to enable certain features. They may also be used to analyze user behavior.

Most browsers used by the Company's website visitors allow the Company to specify which cookies should be stored and allow for (certain) cookies to be deleted. If you restrict cookie storage for certain websites or do not allow third-party cookies, it will not be possible to fully use all features of the Company’s website.

Information on how to configure cookie settings in the most common browsers is available at the following links:

Contact Form
If you send the Company a message using the provided contact forms, the Company will use the data you provide to process your request. The legal basis for this is the Company’s legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry, as outlined in Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. If your request serves to establish a contract with the Company, the further legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. The data will be deleted once your request has been fulfilled. If the Company is legally obligated to retain the data for a longer period, deletion will take place after the relevant period has expired.

Disclosure of Data to Third Parties
The Company does not disclose any personal data provided to it to third parties (particularly not for advertising purposes).

However, to ensure the proper functioning of the Company’s website or to provide services/products, the Company works with service providers (data processors). Personal data may be disclosed to such service providers. The Company selects its service providers carefully—especially in terms of data protection and data security—and takes all necessary measures under data protection law to ensure safe data processing.

Google Analytics
Under a data processing agreement, the Company uses a service provided by Google LLC (hereinafter “Google”), Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, including the Google Tag Manager tool for Google Analytics. As a data processor, Google uses what is known as a “cookie”—a small text file stored on your computer by your browser. This cookie provides Google with information about your website visit, including: browser type/version, operating system, technical details about the operating system and browser, and the publicly accessible IP address of the computer you are using.

The Company uses Google Analytics in a way that only anonymized IP addresses are used. This anonymization takes place within Ukraine, the European Union, or the European Economic Area after Google receives the data. In exceptional cases, the full IP address may be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and anonymized there. According to Google, the IP address is anonymized before it is permanently stored. More details can be found in Google’s privacy policy available at: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=ua

Google Analytics enables the Company to collect anonymous statistics about website usage, as well as demographic data and user behavior. These statistics also help the Company understand how visitors find its website, allowing for improvements in SEO and ad spend. This processing allows the Company to pursue its legitimate interest in improving its website and advertising campaigns. The legal basis for such data processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
